By accessing or using 112DL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

112DL is a search and discovery interface that indexes publicly available metadata from third-party sources (including The Movie Database). 112DL does not host, store, upload, or distribute any video content. All media is served via third-party embed providers.

2. Third-Party Content

Content accessed through 112DL is provided by external third-party servers. 112DL has no control over the availability, quality, or legality of content on those servers. These Terms do not apply to third-party services — you are subject to their own terms when accessing their content.

3. Adblocker Requirement

Use of an active ad-blocking extension or tool is required to use this Service. By accessing 112DL, you confirm that you have an adblocker enabled in your browser. This requirement exists to protect users from potentially harmful or intrusive advertisements served by third-party embed providers, over which 112DL has no control.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service without an active adblocker enabled in your browser.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
Use automated tools to access the Service at scale without permission.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All metadata, images, and descriptions displayed on 112DL are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) under their API terms. 112DL does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 112DL does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 112DL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party content accessed through it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
